Come join the team as Senior Software Application Developer. You will be responsible for application development and support of high-quality products aimed at helping people with vision impairments. You will envision, build, launch, and continuously improve our user-facing products.
Responsibilities

Leading the end-to-end (design, development and deployment) process of enterprise software
-
Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly, always with customers, to validate product directions. Iterating on designs based on user feedback, user research, data, technology constraints, and market dynamics

Work closely with the founding team and with customers to turn feature ideas into reality, and to troubleshoot challenges
Skills & Requirements
-
2 or more years of experience developing and deploying commercial software products
-
2 or more years of experience working with AI/ML applications (production quality models)
-
Strong fundamental deep learning knowledge and how neural nets power NLP approaches
-
Should be able to develop and enhance complex document/image processing algorithms
-
Experience integrating AL/ML models into enterprise software products and mobile applications
-
Passion for digging into hard-to-solve, complex problem spaces
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize, managing multiple projects simultaneously
-
Not afraid to work hard, be humble, ask questions, learn new things!
Bonus points for these...

Experience leading teams that have deployed B2B and B2C SAAS products
-
Experience with designing and supporting API's for mobile applications
-
M.S. or PhD in Computer Science or related field, preferably with strong coursework in Machine Learning and Data Science.
